The 1956 Chevrolet was our second full classic car restoration at Bent metal Customs. The owner brought us the car already mounted on a rotisserie. We sent it right to Atlas Media Blasting for some resurfacing. The 1956 Chevrolet showed some flaws in the metal when it returned. The floor pan, and drivers quarter were in need of some attention along with a few other areas. We were also asked to smooth the firewall and the underside of the car. Art Morrison provided the chassis for this build. We fit the body to the frame, and after everything was aligned and we were happy we sent the frame to the powder coating shop. While the frame was being handled we took care of all the bodywork and paint on the 1956 Chevrolet. The ’56 was completed a few years ago and is now back in Virginia.
