We received the 1957 Ford Thunderbird from a couple in northern PA. We started this build by disassembling the entire car and sending it to Atlas Media Blasting for some resurfacing. The Thunderbird had a lot of rust issues throughout. We began by ordering as many panelsas we could from CASCO. The rest we would have to hand fabricate. The rust repair took several weeks on this project as it was extensive. Once all the rot was fixed we aligned the panels and began the bodywork. We painted the 1957 Ford Thunderbird a baby blue at the owners request. It was a great color choice especially with a white top. We had the engine rebuilt and we also had the entire interior refurbished. After we completed, checked, and test drove the Thunderbird it was shipped back to northern PA.
