The 1964 Chevrolet Impala was Bent Metal Customs first build. Once given the chance to turn this Chevrolet Impala into a top notch classic car we started tearing it down for metalwork. The 1964 Chevrolet Impala was not in need of a lot of metal fabrication. We took care of a few patches on the floor pans and the lower fenders. We also took care of a little rust repair in the lower rear quarter panels. The bodywork process for this car was fairly straight forward. The Impala was just in need of some long blocking to get it true. The owner of the 1964 Chevrolet Impala decided to paint the car a dark blue color found on a ’97 Suburban. Once painted we cut and buffed the Impala and began reassembly. The 1964 Chevrolet Impala has been complete for years and is still on the road.
