This 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle started its stay at Bent Metal Customs needing massive amounts of attention. The door locks have been shaved, but other than that the exterior remained stock with the exception of the PPG Long Beach Red paint. Under the hood of Justin’s 1965 Chevelle rests a 402ci big block that was bored out to a 406ci and mated to a Tremec TKO-500, 5-speed with a McLeod clutch. The RideTech suspension helps to put the 400rwhp and 443rwtq to the ground. Behind the Boze Forged wheels sit 14-inch Wilwood rotors with 6-piston calipers to help stop this pro touring monster. Gillin Custom Design knocked the interior out of the park in the Chevelle by reshaping the stock buckets and adding some Rockford Fosgate goodies. The ’65 recently won “Outstanding Interior” at the Mid Atlantic Indoor Nationals.
