The 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle classic car restoration came to us in late October. The 1966 chevrolet Chevelle was media blasted to reveal the major flaws. All the problem areas and damage were hidden by the previous bodywork. The Chevelle needed and received full quarter panels and a full trunk replacement. The passenger floor also needed to be replaced. We repaired the inner rockers, and collision damage on the 1966 Chevelle before bodywork. After the metal fabrication was complete on the 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle Bent Metal Customs turned our attention to some simple modifications on the car. We are now in the assembly stage of this project. The 1966 chevrolet Chevelle will have a fuel injected 454 engine. A Turbo 400 transmission is mated to the engine. Putting power to the ground will be a 12 bolt posi from Moser Engineering. The 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle will also have a new wiring harness. The exhaust we chose for this project was from Magnaflow. All the interior work will be handled by Gillin Design.
