Inspired by Gary’s ’67 Camaro “Evolution,” Steve handed over his freshly restored ’67 for a badass protouring makeover. He wanted to keep the cammed 350ci small block in the car but we upgraded from the stock Edelbrock carburetor to a Holley Sniper EFI system. We also replaced the original 4-speed automatic with a Tremec TKO500 5-speed manual transmission. To give this car the stance Steve wanted, as well as handle the way he wanted, we put the car on a Detroit Speed subframe and quadralink. To fit the massive 325 rear tires on the Forgeline ZX3P wheels, we used Detroit Speed tubs.
